A good example of this is when in Jan of 2010 we invested in new manufacturing technology that produces fully recyclable product, at the same time zeroing the need for foam packing inserts into the boxes. Now all of our packing material is recyclable, breakage rates are less than 0.05% and they cost even less to ship.
